申请【短期商务】的签证申请所需材料如下：
- 有效期内的护照。
- 签证申请书。本馆【指日本驻沈阳总领事馆】制定的签证代办机构也提供签证申请书。
- 6个月内以内拍摄的免冠照片1张，长4.5cm*宽4.5cm。
- 在职证明等能证明职业的文件。
- 所属公司或单位的营业执照或批准证书的复印件。外资企业，合资企业也需提供批准证书的复印件。
- 户口簿户主页及申请人页复印件各1份。
- 东北3省以外户籍人员，申请签证时除提供以上材料外，还需提供有效暂住证的复印件1份。
日方邀请单位所需准备的材料：

注意事项：
| （1） | 邀请单位原则上要为法人、团体、中央省厅或地方自治体。例如: 大学以交流为目的、以教授的名义邀请时，可以把教授看作为邀请单位来处理。 |
| （2） | 邀请单位是日本政府中央府省厅的课长或大学教授，由于业务而邀请时，身元保证书可以省略。 |
| （3） | 以大学教授职位邀请时，作为「邀请单位的相关资料」需提供在职证明。 |
| （4） | 所需资料各一份。户口本或暂住证需复印件各一份。请持原件到代办机构，原件经签证申请代办机构确认后返还本人。 |
| （5） | 原则上请提供发放期在3个月内的资料。 |
| （6） | 在中国东北三省日资企业就职的人员，另行简化的签证手续。 |
